Help with Housing for Chinese Teachers ASAP

Good Morning Everyone,
Ms. Timothy please let me know if you can forward this to the first grade class? As you all know by now we have two teachers coming from Taiwan. I need help with temporary housing for them (makes me wish my basement was finished :) The lady (Shellie) is planning on arriving July 10th and is planning on moving into an apartment before school starts, so she just needs a room for 2 weeks. The man (Yi Jen) is arriving on July 12th and needs a place to stay until August 10th. Neither of them will have cars when they arrive (I am still working on that) so if you are within walking distance to the school or willing to help them out with transportation that would be very helpful. The Harvey Family last year was amazing and made a huge difference in helping Ms. Yen adjust. Please let me know right away if you can house one or both of the teachers. Thank you so much for all your help. They need to purchase used, good working cars and need furniture, mattresses, beds, etc. If anyone has a vehicle to sell or furniture, let me know and I'll pass it on.

Are you ready to Get Healthy?

I recently lost 30 lbs. in 3 months.  Over the past 8 years I have slowly been gaining weight. I have tried many times to diet and nothing works long term. I did an awesome program that actually worked! It was easy. I wasn't starving and I never got terrible headaches.

I just wanted to get the word out that I am a health coach now and would love to help anyone out who want to lose weight and get healthy and STAY healthy! You can visit my web site www.LetsGetHealthyTomorrow.com  to find out more about it. If you know of anyone who might be interested in the program please send them the link to my web site. Feel free leave you information at my site (no one will get it but me) or to call me on my cell anytime at 801-898-5576 if you want to know more!

I have an awesome deal for anyone who signs up for the month of April, which I guess only leaves this week left!

Here is a picture of my friend (not some stranger in an ad). She lost 60 pounds in 5 months and her husband lost 60 pounds in 3 months ! It really works!!!!

Thanks everyone,
Cami Johnston

From Debbye Cannon

Each year, Salt Lake's Professional Organizers host an event to give back to the community - in the past years we hosted Clutter Drop off events & free organizing classes. This year, 25 local Salt Lake City Professional Organizers are donating 100+ hours in one day (and countless more hours from our board event co-directors) to organize the YWCA's community donation storage areas, which supplies the needed clothes, diapers and accessories for women and children who are fleeing violent homes and who often arrive at the YWCA with nothing but the clothes on their back. In organizing these areas for them, they are in desperate need of racks and bins in order to make the organizing project successful.

It's inevitable that often, we intend to donate to something, say we will do it later, time slips away and before we know it, the time has come and gone and we have forgotten to donate! If you will take the 2 seconds to email me right now that you have, will or intend to donate, I will personally make an additional monetary contribution to the project for every client and friend of mine who donates, and I will follow up accordingly to get your donation, if needed.

Three ways to donate:
1. Click here to donate via paypal on our saltlakeorganizers.com website
2. Email me and I will call you to get your credit card number and process it for you.
3. Mail a check made out to "NAPO SL-CIF" and address envelope to Ruth Hadlock, 3288 Elgin Drive, SLC, UT 84109

The deadline to donate is April 16, 2012. Our event is on April 28, but in order to have time to
buy the needed racks and bins, we'd love donations to come in a couple weeks earlier.

THANK YOU! Even $5 or $10 helps.
I would be happy to send you a PDF flyer with more info if you'd request same by email to
debbye(at)debbyeCannon(dot)com or give me a quick call
801+446-8372.

Toddler Grab Bags

From Marisa Bean:
I am wanting to have a Toddler/Preschooler Busy Bag exchange. The idea is that if we have 10 interested people(I would love to have more than 10), I will assign each person one bag to create 10 times (or choose your own, I just want to avoid duplicates). There will be guidelines such as convenience (grab and go), inexpensive, easy to make, durable, etc. and it will all be self-contained in a gallon size zip lock bag. We will all get together in a month or so and share what we have created and go home with 10 different busy bags ideal for church, car/plane rides, waits at Dr's offices . . .
So, if you are interested just reply to this post or email me at marisamortensen@hotmail.com by March 16th and I will get the specifics to you and we will be on our way! It should be a fun easy way to fill a need that many of us have.
If you have questions or suggestions before you commit let me know.
