Iron Pig next Saturday, with a Chinese New Year celebration!

Dear Friends and Neighbors,

We are kicking off a new season of Iron Pig next Saturday, with a Chinese New Year celebration! The theme is Asian Food! So break out your wok, bring a pair of chopsticks, and join us for an evening of exotic tasting, karaoke, and visiting with friends! David Hong, former owner of Ding Ho Chinese restaurant will present a cooking demonstration from 5-5:30 PM. Here are the details:

Date: 1/21/12
Time: 5-8 PM (or until karaoke dies out!)

Rules:
- Bring a dish related to the theme for the potluck tasting table. (please bring a serving utensil)
- At the clubhouse, present two sample portions for the judges. (plates provided)
- Place the remainder of dish on tasting table.
- Iron Pig winner will be determined by the judges.
- People's Choice award will be determined by attendees vote.
