I found out about these from the gals teaching at Honeyville Farms
classes. Just one tip about a special on
2# blocks of cheese saved me $40! FYI you can keep unopened vacuum
sealed blocks of cheese (Tillimock)
on the shelf in your cold storage room for SIX MONTHS! I got enough
to last awhile!

I'm not sure if you have already purchased a pressure canner, but I thought I would give my opinion. I have and love the All American Brand pressure cooker/canner. The best price I have seen for these is on amazon. The metal to metal seal does not wear out and have to be replaced like the rubber gasket style canner. It is an amazing canner!
